Our Story

The West Australian Miniature Association (WAMA) is a not-for-profit, volunteer-run organisation dedicated to promoting the art of scaled miniatures and dollhouses in Western Australia.

Founded by a small group of passionate miniaturists, WAMA has grown into a thriving community of crafters, collectors, and enthusiasts who share a love for the intricate world of miniatures.

From detailed 1:12 scale room boxes to complete Victorian dollhouses, our members create extraordinary works of art that capture the imagination and showcase incredible skill and patience.

Our Clubs

WAMA coordinates local club groups across the Perth metropolitan area. Clubs typically meet weekly or monthly, bringing together miniaturists in the same suburb or region for hands-on making sessions, show-and-tell, and social gatherings.
